The Fight Lab Hosted a Mixed Martial Arts Training seminar for the National Guard on September 21 2007. The seminar covered advanced techniques for hand to hand combat. Incorporating Striking, Takedowns, and Ground work. There were around 50 soldiers and we trained for two hours.
